Noticeably, the title says Baliuag University Scandal (baliauguniv_scandal). Yet another University scandal of a student in uniform in the Philippines.
Well, I don’t normally believe what the title of scandal says because anyone can rename the file (and ruin the school reputation in the process) but after a few search in google for images of “baliaug university uniform”, it has come to my attention that this may be a valid scandal from Baliuag Univ.

I found this image of a Baliuag U student in uniform. (But it’s not her in the video). What do you think? It’s pretty similar type of uniform, right? – Checkered green.

Can’t imagine how univ staff’s are trying to keep a good school reputation but somehow in just a single glimpse, everything they’ve been working are gone.
