Miss Carcar City 1st Runner-Up Video Scandal – Jen Rodriquez?

Intrigued by the front page news from Sunstar Super Balita (Cebu) issued October 6, 2009? The news reported that a video scandal occurred somewhere in the province of Cebu whom it involves a former 1st runner up beauty pageant.

A day before it was publicize, a schoolmate of mine who currently lives in the South told me something about the latest scandal in Cebu. She mentioned about a Call Center Agent girl who posted nude pictures in a social networking site. She even gave me a link to that site.

Of course, I didn’t mind what she just said because I’ve had enough of these scandals. Wink

But to my surprise, the alleged SexScandal was news broadcasted this morning by Super Balita. Phew!, this drew a lot more attention and mystery to the public. I then began to recall what my friend told me earlier and look into my archived messages in Yahoo Messenger.

Eureka! the news refers to the same girl what my friend told me.

Okay, the lady involved in the so-called video Scandal was from Carcar City, South of Cebu. Her name is Jen Rodriguez – I am not sure though if it’s her real name or not but that’s what she used in her profile in multiply.com.

Someone commented this from Jen’s Site: 

“We may not know for sure why she took these pictures in the first place, but we all have an idea that its not her who posted these pictures for everyone to see and that nobody else but her hates what’s happening to her the most. We know this is not what she wants. It’s just something that went out of hand. Shit happens.

I don’t know jen, but i know that shes in a very crappy situation right now. So lets not put her down even more. Lets not push her into committing something more sinful…like killing herself. I’ve read the comments. There are comments which say its better if she kills herself.

Please be mindful of what you are saying. You may become the cause for the lost of this girl’s life if that’s what shes really going to do. To jen rodriguez, let this be a lesson. You took those pics–something that you shouldn’t have done for whatever reason in the world. It’s an unacceptable act. Especially in a conservative country like the Philippines. It’s undeniable that you have made a grave mistake. An unforgettable one in fact. But its a not enough reason to stop living. There’s always a silver lining in every crappy situation. Look for it. Continue living. It’s not too late.

Take this advise though–dont go back to car2x…stay away from car2x for as long as you can. People will always remember. And to the one who posted her pics–Well, you kill yourself…then rot in hell…you deserve every feeling of burning.”

Really? In my POV, Jen Rodriguez of Carcar City Video Scandal – you’re on of a kind pinay bi*tch. Drugs? Or Money? – that made her do it? I don’t care! What she did was stupid and shameful, period. End of story.

I am pretty sure this will again bring violent reactions to the Cebuanos, specially to the people from Carcar City. What a shame she brought to that peaceful city!
