Defensively, it’s not me having Almuranas or thrombosed external hemorrhoid in English but one my friend (hahaha!). He’s really having a hard time disposing his vowel and some of our barkadas make fun of him by asking if he’s having his mens(menstruation) now and then? Hehe..
He’s done with method of preventing almuranas or hemorrhoid. Like preventing constipation and hard stools, straining with bowel movements and eat a diet high in fiber like whole grain breads, beans, fresh fruits and vegetables. He also drink plenty of fluids (beer mostly, hahaha).
By the way, If you have trouble getting enough fiber in your diet, you can use a fiber supplement such as Citrucel or Metamucil. These are available over-the-counter at any pharmacy. If you have hard stools, you can use a stool softener such as Senokot or Colace. These are also available over-the-counter.
His doctor also mentioned that external hemorrhoids can be treated with over-the-counter hydrocortisone creams such as Preparation H. These medications help to shrink hemorrhoids and also relieve the itching, burning sensations, and pain associated with hemorrhoids. For those who have notice symptoms of hemorrhoids, use these treatments as soon as you can help prevent the development of an external thrombosed hemorrhoid.
None of the above worked.
And now, I am really worried for him. He can’t sit properly while at work. And according to him, there are a lot of bloods every time he dispose his vowel. Does anyone experience this? If so, kindly please share.

waheeeehehehehehehhehehehhehehehh
8s hot…………………..
this article is old, maybe my suggestion is too late but if someone need some advise this will help…
if the blood color on his stool are too reddish (a fresh blood color) then it is a external bleeding. on the other hand, if the blood color is too dark (dark red color) then it is a internal bleeding.
with internal bleeding, you have to check with a internal medicine doctor. and a early prevention is a must.
in his condition might be a “anal fistula” it can be cured by a operation and it is safe. google for “anal fistula” and find a surgeon.
Good luck and God Bless.
